My Story
I'm Caroline, my love of baking started when I was a little girl,watching my mum bake every Sunday and in my granny's farmhouse kitchen. My granny made the most amazing buns in an Aga oven.
When my first daughter was born in 1985 that was the time I started seriously to make cakes. Michelle's first birthday cake was a very sad looking teddy bear, but he tasted good!
I get great pleasure from how people enjoy my baking.

My kitchen is open to all orders big or small, whether you are wanting a wedding cake or a box of Scottish shortbread (Granny's secret recipe) I love to help make any occasion special. All orders are bespoke to you, made with only fresh ingredients.
I have 2 daughters one is vegan and the other is gluten free so I am used to cooking with alternative products. I can meet various dietary requirements.
